I have always been an admirer...
...of the 10 commandments....
Let us all start the day today, with what you have done with these commandments...and evaluate it? Answer these simple questions and tell give me your personal opinion(s). Tell me what do you think it meant for you, and how have you been practicing it, and if not good enough, what are you doing to make it better in this sense...and lastly, were you honest about what you just said or you said it because it should be said that way, and that was how you were taught about? When you were writting it, were you thinking of what was the best answer or were you thinking that I don't care and I just wanna tell the truth....the first thing that got people into this religion...the truth shall set you free, do not forget the roots.
No right or wrong answer, only personal opinions, like a survey...I am dying to see how life as a christian is really like in our `real' life..
Number 1: Thou shalt have no other Gods before me...
Start talking....

My friends have always told me what a strong Christian I am, how staunch my belief in Jesus. Just a few days ago, my friend returned my autograph book. Included in her message was "I admire your love for Jesus and how much you believe in Him..."
For an average Christian it would have given them a sort of 'holy high'. But to me it did not. Instead, I began doubting myself. I know that I often speckle my advice with Christian principles, and when I do so I'm often earnest about it as well. But when I reflect upon it, sometimes the things I say are merely things I've learnt but never really applied.
SPM is near and nowadays I seldom pray to God except during Youth Fellowship and Church. I suppose this might be why I'm feeling a certain emptiness.
The ten commandments? Hard for me to keep them all in a day. But it doesn't mean I'll stop trying. Maybe, just maybe if I bear it more in mind it could be one of the few steps to filling this emptiness a Christian is not supposed to have.
